Users now have the ability to save their desired Filter Presets so it saves time when trying to generate a report without having to manually enter all of the filters.
Upon selecting a Report that a user wishes to generate, the Report Filters side-panel will become unlocked. If certain filters are commonly used, it is best to use the Filter Preset feature so that it can be saved within your system.
In order to save a Filter Preset, first the user must select their desired filters. After doing so, they can click on the Filters icon to the right of Report Filters and select "Save New Filter Preset".
A new "Save Filter Preset" modal will appear and the user can add a name to this filter and decide if they want it to be defaulted when the same report is selected in the future.
There can only be one filter that is saved as default, so if another filter has the "Save as default" selected, at the time of save - it will override any previous defaulted filters and apply the new default.
Users can also go into the Filter icon in order to edit or delete existing filters. It is important to note that the filters are tied to the users account and not shared across other users within the same system.
