The Project Overview report provides a "custom" display of all projects in the selected Plan Cycle and the information what the user wants to see. The "custom" refers to the fact that the fields displayed in this report can be setup to display the exact fields that the user wants to see per Plan.
The user also has the ability to select how they want the projects ordered when it comes to this report using the "Order By" filter.
In order to change any of the existing fields that are displayed in this report, please reach out to your helpdesk team. Typically they are setup to the desired look for that system upon launch.
This report is meant to serve as a quick one-page view to provide all of the most important information and funding breakdowns for the projects.
Additionally, there is 2 ways of exporting this report using either the "Print" or "Download PDF" buttons at the top.
Download PDF - lets the user choose if they want to generate a portrait or landscape simplified PDF layout of the report.
Print - acts as a traditional print to pdf of the current view from the screen.
Both of these options gives power to the user to let them get the information they need in the exact format and layout that they want it.
