The Public Comments report that let's ProjectTracker users see all the comments that are coming from the Public Website.
This report will track all Plan Cycle and Plan Revision comments from the Public Website.
In order to see comments for the Plan Cycle that is selected, it must first be enabled and displaying on the Public Website. Any Plan Cycles that are not in the Public Website will not be able to capture comments.
Comments that are left only at the Plan Cycle level will not have any information coming from the IDs, Plan Revisions, Title columns of this report. It will only display the Plan Cycle detail.
If a comment is left at a project level, then ProjectTracker will display all of the information accordingly.
Each row in this reports represents one comment. Selecting a row in this report will not do anything as this report is mainly to display all comments. If the user wants to go to the Plan Cycle or project mentioned in the comments, they will have to do so either using the search bar or ProjectTracker's respective tabs.
