Developed a new CTIPS Download panel which grants access to the CTIPS workflow.
Enhancement update for unsubmitting projects, so that only Admins can unsubmit a project in a closed Plan Revision.
Providing a limit on the Approval Dates based on the Plan Revision Type that is selected.
Added Organization and Region fields to the Plan Revision to help filter out Revisions during the amendment process.
Bug Fixes
Reports will not auto-generate anymore when changing a Plan Cycle, the user must click Generate Report for this to happen.
County field in the Programming Information container to display the correct previous value instead of an internal ID identifier.
Corrected the behavior of the Grand Total row when Prior/Future Year columns are present.
