The Project Attachments report provides a quick glance at all projects with attachments within the selected Plan Cycle. This report is useful when the user is trying to get a quick assessment of all attachments in one view rather than having to go into each individual project to get the attachments.
Due to a project being able to have multiple attachments, there will be a row in this report for each attachment that is associated with the project.
Since this report deals with linked files, exporting this report to a .xlsx will not provide the attached files. It will only show the name of the files without having the actual attachment.
To find out more information on the project, select the row in which the project is in and it will take you to the desired project.
Like with most of the reports that generate a table within ProjectTracker, it will display a standard set of information. If the user wants to see more information for the project, they can leverage the Report Filters to display the information they need.
