The Obligation Details report provides detailed information on all projects that have obligated data coming from the FMIS database. If the ProjectTracker is not connected to the FMIS database, this report will not generate.
This report gives insight on the ID that is coming from ProjectTracker as well as additional information that comes from FMIS which gives information about their federal funding obligations. This information can also be found within a project's Obligation tab.
Each row in the Obligation Details report represents FHWA federal funding obligation data. If a project has more than 1 obligated amount, it will be represented in this report (with the ID being repeated multiple times).
To find out more information on the project, select the row in which the project is in and it will take you to the desired project.
Like with most of the reports that generate a table within ProjectTracker, it will display a standard set of information. If the user wants to see more information for the project, they can leverage the Report Filters to display the information they need.
