Fund Match Details

Generate a list of projects with separate rows per fiscal year and phase, broken out by funding category (e.g. Fed / State / Local).

Updated over 3 months ago

The Fund Match Details report provides a detailed view of all project funding in the selected Plan Cycle (and any additional filters), but specifically if they are using fund matching or not. This report is designed to focus more on the Programming Information on a project and highlight information that comes from the Programming Information container within a project.

Aside from the basic project information that this report gives, it will group funds within a project if they are using the fund match feature. In the sample project below, there is a 2024 LOCAL fund that is linked to the 2024 Y230 fund. This means that this fund is using the fund match feature and the LOCAL fund is actually part of the Y230 fund.

The way that the Fund Match Details report displays the information is by showing all fund matches in the same row. If funds are not matched, they will be displayed in their own individual row.

To find out more information on the project, select the row in which the project is in and it will take you to the desired project.

Like with most of the reports that generate a table within ProjectTracker, it will display a standard set of information. If the user wants to see more information for the project, they can leverage the Report Filters to display the information they need.
